This place suits me perfectly. The cozy bar, cute lounge area, and excellent Wi-Fi are just what I need. I'll never forget how the staff gave me valuable travel tips on my first stay. Definitely coming back for Christmas!

I had a lovely night here where I enjoyed a refreshing morning coffee in the garden and an evening glass of wine by the cozy fire. There are beautiful spots to relax outside, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was the slow check-in process, but everything else was fantastic and memorable! 😊

The Double Room was cozy but felt a bit cramped. The size of the bed was on the smaller side, making it tough to sleep well. The decor was charming with some unique touches, but I would have appreciated a bit more space. It was clean and had some good amenities like a Nespresso machine, which was a nice perk.

I loved the unique historical character that really set this place apart! The cozy king-size bed in my spacious Twin Room made me feel right at home. Plus, the locally sourced gourmet breakfast was the perfect way to start the day!

Room heating systems could use adjustment for summer, with fixed windows resulting in stuffy conditions!!! Attention to cleanliness could improve, considering the dust buildup and cobwebs present in the room!!!

Oh man, the place was lovely! We had a fantastic dinner, the roast was just perfection, and the real ales were spot on. could have stayed forever. The staff? They were so polite, helped us with everything. you'd think we were royalty!

Now sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I'll take it.

the lamb was a delightful stay. the double room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with all we needed including earl gray tea and a nespresso machine. it’s close to the edges of the new forest, perfect for a summer picnic. the breakfast was delicious, and the pub food, especially the crumble, was simply the best!
